CAVIAR project – Successful Final Review

On Friday April 8th the consortium organized the final review together with the Penta office and the Public Authorities. The final review took place at Adimec in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

In the Caviar project partners from the Netherlands (Adimec, Grass Valley, TNO), Belgium (EVS, AMS-Osram), France (ImVia, MsEyeTech) and Hungary (3DHistech) worked together on innovation in imaging for Broadcast, Healthcare, Agriculture and Security. The project ran under the Aeneas PENTA label and started in April 2019. Despite the restrictions imposed to all of use due to COVID, the project managed to cooperate well between the partners and achieve good results. The reviewers were very pleased with the results and the professional way the project was run. The CAVIAR project results demonstrate high potential to contribute a positive impact on society, just as intended by the objectives of the PENTA label.

Adimec uses the innovations worked on during CAVIAR in recent products such as S-65A70 and Q-21A230 camera series..

Following in the footstep of CAVIAR some of the partners will continue cooperation in the new IMAGINATION project. This PENTA label project will start this summer.
