High Resolution Metrology Camera

The D-65A30 features an optimized solution for LCD, OLED, and microLED inspection, that requires a high dynamic range. It combines up to 4 CoaXPress connections to allow a throughput of 30 frames per second. The pixel-based darkfield correction does not only correct for uniformity differences between pixels, but also over long exposure times and temperature differences up to ±3˚C.
