EINDHOVEN, The Netherlands, February 6, 2018 — Adimec (www.adimec.com), a world leader in application-specific, leading-edge industrial camera solutions, will demonstrate several new CoaXPress (CXP) cameras including a 50 Megapixel Quad CXP camera, the Sapphire S-50A30, at the 2018 Vision Show China. Adimec’s CMOS CoaXPress cameras offer the highest speed , high resolution with reliable and highest image quality. With these camerasever smaller critical structures or defects with the increased accuracy and throughput required by in-line optical metrology systems are measured. Adimec connect-and-grab™ is supported with all of these cameras for system set up within 24 hours.
- The SAPPHIRE S-50A30/CXP utilizes the AMS CMOSIS CMV50k CMOS global shutter image sensor with 50 Megapixels (7920 x 6004) at 30 full-frames per second.
- The SAPPHIRE S-25A80/CXP offers 25 Megapixels (5120 x 5120) at 84 full-frames per second with the ON Semiconductor Python25k CMOS global shutter image sensor.
The S-25A80 and the S-50A30 are ideal for flat panel display inspection systems, semiconductor metrology and inspection or solar inspection tools and more. All of the SAPPHIRE cameras provide the lowest power, fan-less implementation in a compact form factor for ultra high-resolution, high-speed cameras.
For developers of multi-camera systems, such as side-view cameras for 3D metrology, the 5Megapixel single CXP N-5A100 offers reduced system complexity through its simplicity while increasing throughput. Multi-camera systems using N-5A100 cameras eliminate the cabling and synchronization constraints with Camera Link- and USB 3.0 vision-based systems.
The Norite N-5A100 camera is a 5 megapixel camera at 105 full frames per second with CMOS global shutter technology in a 1” optical format. The Norite optimizes the ON Semiconductor Python5k global shutter image sensor in the compact form factor of 29 x 29 x 45 mm.
Adimec will be in booth # W5.5115 on the exhibition floor with demonstrations of these innovations and more.
