Adimec has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Teledyne Technologies Incorporated

EINDHOVEN, the Netherlands. – February 13, 2024 – Adimec Holding B.V. (“Adimec”) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (“Teledyne”). Adimec, headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, is a market leader in developing customized high performance cameras for applications where image quality is of paramount importance.
