D-1.2A150s/CXP
High Speed & High Resolution SWIR Sensor
The DIAMOND SWIR D-1.2A150 is a high end CoaXPress Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) camera based on the SCD Cardinal 1280 sensor. The camera operates 1280 by 1024 10 µm2 pixels at a maximum speed of 150 fps with a maximum quantum efficiency between 1100 and 1600 nm.
The D-1.2A150 offers an optimized image for in-line inspection and metrology with exact device-to-device repeatibility. If needed, the camera can be optimized to our customers’ application.
