Machine vision, healthcare, and global security cameras demonstrated in TS Corp and JUN Vision booth #P100
Adimec will showcase its portfolio of machine vision, healthcare and global security products and technology at the AIMEX 2015 event in Seoul, South Korea March 18th to 20th. We will discuss and demonstrate additions to our latest CMOS-based QUARTZ and SAPPHIRE series as well as camera lens assemblies for radiology systems, and rugged cameras for outdoor applications.
The new QUARTZ Q-12A180 is a Quad CoaXPress high-speed area scan camera. With the highest speed, high resolution and reliable and highest image quality smaller critical structures or defects can be measured with the increased accuracy and throughput as required by in-line optical metrology systems. The Q-12A180 camera utilizes the CMOSIS CMV12000 global shutter image sensor and is a 12 Megapixel CMOS global shutter camera that delivers images of 4096 x 3072 pixels at 187 frames per second (fps). It is equipped with the CoaXPress V1.1 (and version 1.0 compatible) Quad interface (4 x CXP-6) utilizing Adimec’s new 2 Gigapixel/s platform. Lower speed Camera Link versions are also available. The QUARTZ series includes 4 MP options in addition to the 12 Megapixel models.
Here is the Q-12A180 in action at the Photonics West 2015:
Adimec will also demonstrate the SAPPHIRE S-25A30, a 25 megapixel CMOS global shutter camera that delivers images of 5120 x 5120 pixels at 32 frames per second (fps) with the Camera Link full configuration. This camera is designed and engineered for maximal pixel quality coming from the ON Semiconductor Vita 25k CMOS sensor.
Other cameras displayed will include the Adimec OPAL series and A-1000 CCD-based machine vision cameras that offer unparalleled channel matching, linearity and dynamic range at resolutions between 1-8 MP up to 123 fps.
For Fluoroscopy, Surgery, Universal RF and Cardio/Vascular applications, the PEARL is a reliable compact and cost effective Camera Lens Assembly (CLA) with high quality 1k2 images at lowest dose. The optional features offer scalable image processing and support a variety of digital video interface standards.
The TMX-DHD series of rugged commercial cameras provide full HD images at 30 or 60 frames per second. Based around select sensitive image sensors, these rugged cameras provide crisp images from dawn until dusk. Embedded image enhancement functionality offers a clear view, even in challenging light conditions, such as fog. The compact remote head, boxed, or board-level outlines and image sensor and interface options simplify integration with an easy fit into existing system architectures.
Adimec cameras will be exhibited at the TS Corp and JUN VISION booth #P100.
