Your Mission

As Account Manager EMEA, you are commercially responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic OEM relationships and channel partners across the EMEA region. You will build long-term partnerships in our key markets – Industrial Vision and Global Security—while working closely with Business Line Directors, Product Support Engineers, and colleagues worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize turnover and margin while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop account plans and align strategic customers with the Teledyne-Adimec roadmap.
  • Interface between customers, internal teams within Adimec and colleagues from Teledyne.
  • Support technical and commercial discussions.
  • Gather market intelligence and support tactical marketing.
  • Translate business goals into plans and budgets.

Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in a high-end technical B2B environment.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours).
  • Business proficiency in both English and Dutch.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
