D-65A30 CXP-6 camera
The D-65A30 features an optimized solution for LCD, OLED and microLED inspection, that require a high dynamic range. It combines up to 4 CoaXPress connections to allow a throughput of 30 frames per second. The pixel based darkfield correction does not only correct for uniformity differences between pixels, but also over long exposure times and temperature differences up to ±3˚C. The multi-exposure feature eliminates refresh rate issues that are typical in display inspection applications.
