{"id":1820,"date":"2017-10-13T22:44:36","date_gmt":"2017-10-13T20:44:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adimec.com\/12-megapixel-cmv12000-based-machine-vision-camera-in-volume-production\/"},"modified":"2018-07-30T11:47:37","modified_gmt":"2018-07-30T09:47:37","slug":"12-megapixel-cmv12000-based-machine-vision-camera-in-volume-production","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adimec.com\/ja\/12-megapixel-cmv12000-based-machine-vision-camera-in-volume-production\/","title":{"rendered":"12 Megapixel CMV12000-based machine vision camera in volume production"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"hs-migrated-cms-post\">\n<p>This week we&nbsp;<span>completed extensive qualification <\/span>and the latest member of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adimec.com\/cameras\/machine-vision-cameras\/\" title=\"CMOS-based QUARTZ series\" target=\"_blank\">CMOS-based QUARTZ series<\/a>, the Q-12A65, is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adimec.com\/news-and-events\/news\/\" title=\"now in volume production\" target=\"_blank\">now in volume production<\/a>. &nbsp;The Q-12A65 has been designed into several instruments and is now commercially available to allow equipment manufacturers to take the next required performance leap in accuracy and throughput.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adimec.com\/en\/Service_Menu\/Industrial_camera_products\/High_performance_cameras_for_the_machine_vision_applications\/QUARTZ_series_High_speed_CMOS_global_shutter_cameras\/q-12A65_using_cmv12000_12_Megapixel_at_66_fps_over_Camera_Link_deca\" title=\"https:\/\/www.adimec.com\/en\/Service_Menu\/Industrial_camera_products\/High_performance_cameras_for_the_machine_vision_applications\/QUARTZ_series_High_speed_CMOS_global_shutter_cameras\/q-12A65_using_cmv12000_12_Megapixel_at_66_fps_over_Camera_Link_deca\" target=\"_blank\">Q-12A65<\/a>&nbsp;camera is based on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmosis.com\/products\/standard_products\/cmv12000\" title=\"CMOSIS CMV12000\" target=\"_blank\">CMOSIS CMV12000<\/a> image sensor and is a 12 Megapixel<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adimec.com\/video-12-and-25-megapixel-machine-vision-cameras-tuned-for-specific-measurement-requirements\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"img-1396622329948\" src=\"\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hub\/20421\/file-24449266-jpg\/images\/imec-adimec-cmv4000-hyperspectral1.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"cmosis12000 camera\" width=\"123\" height=\"123\" class=\"alignRight\" style=\"height: 123px; width: 123px; float: right;\" \/><\/a> CMOS global shutter camera that delivers images of 4096 x 3072 pixels at 66 frames per second (fps). It is equipped with the Camera Link interface supporting all formats from base (2-Tap) to Medium (4-Tap), Full (8-Tap) and Deca (10-tap).
