At the 2015 edition of the SPIE Defense and Security Symposium event in Baltimore, MD., held April 21st through April 23rd Adimec will display and discuss the enhancements to its TMX series of rugged full HD COTS cameras to provide full motion video in daylight on airborne payloads, long-range observations systems, and other sensor system architectures.

The new TMX74-60c/CL is the first rugged global shutter full HD daylight camera with global shutter CMOS Other available camera models include a 2/3” CCD image sensor or a ½” CCD image sensor for alternate optical formats and remote sensor head, cube outline, or board-level configurations. These cameras are optimized for lifetime extension and upgrade programs (standard definition to full HD) with various interfaces including Analog, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, CoaXPress, and Camera Link.

All of the cameras in the TMX series offer 30 or 60 fps with optional color processing. Other key characteristics of the cameras include a rugged design (MIL-STD-810G qualified) for harsh outdoor conditions; operating capabilities in a wide range of temperatures (-40℃ to +71℃); video enhancement, NIR sensitivity, light weight, and low power consumption. Adimec’s rugged cameras offer extremely low failure rates, configuration control, and comprehensive obsolescence mitigation for long-term programs.

Visit Adimec in Booth #929 on the exhibition floor to see the TMX74-60c/CL in action or attend our product demonstration on the exhibition floor by Joost van Kuijk, CEO/CMO of Adimec, on April 21st at 10:30 AM with a discussion on the advantages of CMOS cameras in global security applications.

At the 2015 edition of the SPIE Defense and Security Symposium event in Baltimore, MD., held April 21st throug…

[1

post-1756","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized","category-1","description-off

technology.
